In the Dragalevtsi district of Sofia, we completed a two-storey steel structure with a total built-up area of 250 m². The building was designed to serve both industrial and residential functions simultaneously — the ground floor is designated for work activities, while the second floor features dedicated residential spaces. We carried out the fabrication and installation of the load-bearing metal structure, after which we supplied and fitted thermopanels on the walls and roof. The choice of sandwich panels ensures excellent thermal insulation and reliable protection against weather conditions. The result is a solid and functional building that meets the requirements of both industrial use and comfortable living.
