In the village of Pozharevo, we completed a project to add a second floor to an existing residential building. For this purpose, we designed and built a steel load-bearing structure that extends above the ground floor of the house. We manufactured and assembled the metal structure on site, after which we enclosed the new floor with wall and roof sandwich panels. The sandwich panels provide good thermal and sound insulation, and their installation was carried out quickly and precisely. The end result is an expanded living space, built with durable materials and completed within a short timeframe — a characteristic advantage of choosing a metal structure over traditional construction methods.
