In Sofia, we completed the construction of a metal structure with an area of 160 m² for a ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap collection point. The facility was finished with the installation of roofing thermopanels, providing reliable insulation for the roof and walls. In the execution of the project, we applied a sustainable approach – the steel profiles used had been previously employed in another structure. After thorough cleaning to remove rust, old welds, and paint, the profiles were brought into suitable condition for reuse. We took the same approach with the thermopanels, which were dismantled from an existing warehouse and successfully integrated into the new facility. The recycling of materials allowed for a significant reduction in the final construction cost, while also contributing to waste reduction and environmental protection.
