Tilt BG Ltd offers design, manufacturing, and installation of prefabricated houses with steel structures. The company operates its own production facility and carries out projects throughout the country and abroad.

The construction of prefabricated steel-framed houses is suitable for both single-family and multi-storey buildings of small and large floor areas. This method offers a number of advantages over traditional brick and concrete construction:

Short construction timeline – the structural shell can be completed in less than a month
Reduced additional costs as a result of the shorter construction process
All elements are pre-prepared, cut, drilled, and treated in advance
Ability to create large open-plan spaces without intermediate columns – living rooms and halls spanning 10–12 metres or more
Less concrete required, depending on soil conditions and foundation type

Steel profiles are characterised by high structural strength – they do not deform, rot, burn, or sustain damage from insects. When the structure is galvanised or treated with primer and paint, long-lasting protection against weathering and corrosion is ensured.

Walls and roofing can be constructed using thermopanels, stone, roof tiles, brick, plasterboard, or timber boards. The company also offers supply and installation of wall and roof sandwich panels made from foam and mineral wool in various thicknesses.
