Metal Staircases
Tilt BG Ltd offers design, fabrication, and installation of metal staircases for residential, administrative, and public buildings. The product range includes exterior and interior stairways, spiral staircases, emergency evacuation stairs, and fire escape stairs.
Staircases are manufactured from stainless steel or mild (black) steel. For mild steel, additional anti-corrosion treatment is applied — either hot-dip galvanizing or painting with appropriate primers and coatings. Treads can be made from metal, glass, wood, or stone, in accordance with the specific requirements of the project.
During the design phase, standard riser height norms are observed depending on the intended use of the building:
- Public buildings: 13–15 cm
- Multi-storey buildings: 15–16 cm
- Residential buildings: 18–20 cm
- Attic spaces: 21 cm and above
Depending on their configuration, staircases are available as single-flight, double-flight, and triple-flight with straight treads, curved staircases, as well as spiral staircases — suitable for spaces with limited floor area.
Emergency metal staircases include evacuation and fire escape variants, suitable for residential buildings, administrative facilities, and industrial premises. They do not encroach on the interior space of the building and comply with current fire safety regulations.
Every staircase is custom-manufactured to suit the specific installation site and the individual requirements of the client. The company operates its own production facility and undertakes projects throughout the country and abroad.
