In the village of Gorno Botevo, Stara Zagora Municipality, we completed a project for a single-storey prefabricated residential building with a total floor area of 100 sq.m. The structural foundation of the building is a metal frame with columns and beams, ensuring the strength and durability of the entire structure. The roof is gabled, constructed with foam thermal panels 10 cm thick, with the same material applied to the exterior walls. The interior space is additionally soundproofed and insulated through a layer of rock wool and double plasterboard on the walls. The metal structure was manufactured at our own production facility, after which on-site assembly took place. The final result is a completed and well-insulated residential building, suitable for year-round occupancy.
