In the village of Golema Rakavitsa, we carried out the construction of a residential house with a combined structure. The ground floor is built with brick masonry and reinforced concrete, while the second floor and roof structure are constructed entirely from steel. All load-bearing columns are metal and are positioned along the outer perimeter of the building. This solution provides complete freedom in shaping the interior space — with no internal load-bearing walls or columns, which facilitates any potential future renovations and alterations. The roof is clad with thermal panels, which guarantee excellent thermal insulation, reliable waterproofing, and long-term durability with no maintenance required. The facade walls can be finished in various ways — with wall thermal panels, stone, wood, or other cladding, depending on the desired architectural appearance.
