In the village of Voluyak, we constructed a single-storey residential building based on a steel load-bearing structure and thermopanels. The area of the property amounts to 48 m², making it a compact and functional solution for permanent habitation. We carried out the full scope of work — from the manufacturing and installation of the metal structure to the laying of thermopanels on the walls and roof. Additionally, cladding and gutters were supplied and installed, ensuring a finished exterior appearance and reliable drainage. The combination of a metal structure and thermopanels guarantees durability, good thermal insulation, and a relatively short construction period — advantages that make this solution increasingly preferred in the construction of single-family homes.
