In the village of Априлци, we completed the construction of a single-storey prefabricated residential building with a built-up area of 100 m². The load-bearing structure is entirely steel, with all columns positioned along the perimeter of the building — a solution that provides complete freedom in shaping the interior space. The external positioning of the columns allows the owners to adapt the layout of the rooms according to their needs, without any restrictions from internal load-bearing elements. The roof is made of metal, and during the design phase, options were considered both with roofing thermopanels and with traditional tile covering. For the wall cladding, various solutions are available — wall thermopanels for a more industrial appearance, or thermal insulation combined with stone, wood, and other materials for a more classic look. The structure was manufactured at our own facility and assembled entirely on site.
